How it works

Simply touch base with ScaffSearch.UK by filling out our scaffolding request form or by simply ringing your area team manager.

We will arrange a suitable time to visit the property and we will let you know our team members name and unique reference number for added peace of mind. Once we have arrived and introduced ourselves we will then gather all relevant information, along with our very own risk assessment of the property and surrounding area and the route along which the scaffolding materials may be transported.

When all of this has happened we will put together a job package for all of our recognised scaffolding contractors. Once we have received all of the quotations in the allocated time frame we will contact you directly, explaining the best prices and terms to help you decide on which company is best for the job.

After a decision has been made, ScaffSearch.UK will give the scaffolding company the great news of winning yet another job and pass on the full details of the property and customer. We don't charge a fee to the customer, instead a small percentage of the cost of the scaffolding is paid to us by the scaffolding company as a 'finders fee'. We save them money by doing the site visit and measuring up, and this saving is what pays our costs so your scaffolding price remains the same.

Your chosen scaffolding company may wish to contact you for confirmation of the dates and time frame of the work or for any unforeseen circumstances, for example bad weather preventing work. They will keep you informed of any changes.

Once the scaffolding has been erected you should receive your invoice for the work carried out and then, once the works are completed or the scaffold has exceeded its use, please contact the scaffolding company directly so the structure can be booked in for dismantle.

Please note that once the scaffolding has been erected and you find out on a later date you require the scaffolding altered, adapted or even require extra scaffold, this may occur extra charges. You should contact your chosen scaffolding company regarding this but rest assured ScaffSearch.UK are here to help at any point during your scaffolding experience.

Please note that all customer information is kept confidential until a decision has been made by the customer on which scaffolding company they're happy to go ahead with. We will send photos and measurements of the property along with the area of city or town for an accurate quotation. We do not negotiate prices between scaffolding companies and at no point disclose prices or any information between each individual scaffolding company.
